Basic introduction

OfIR (Osmanthus fragrans Information Resource) is a O. fragrans multiomics database that integrates genome, transcriptome, genetic variation, phenotype, and epigenome datasets and provides many easy-to-use analysis tools.

1. Perform comparative genomic and functional genomic studies.
2. Investigate the morphological properties of the 127 O. fragrans and explore the candidate regions potentially affected by selection.
3. Explore the effect of variants on O. fragrans phenotypes and explore potential genes related to phenotype.
4. Investigate the gene family members and gene dynamic expression profile and regulatory network of O. fragrans.
5. Mutual regulatory pathways and network analysis between different omics.
