In Reactions module, we utilized 530 plant metabolism networks construction to predict 8,678 reactions and 8,384 enzymes. The same reaction or enzyme is counted only once in different species. The page is divided into two parts: "Search reactions" and "Browse reactions". In both parts, users can access detailed information, including reactions and enzyme, facilitating comprehensive exploration and understanding of the predicted reactions within the plant metabolism network.
