Brassica juncea Information Resource

A multi-omics database with various tools for accelerating functional genomics research in Brassica juncea
e.g. BjuVA08G37910 or AT1G03630 or PORC

Genomics

In the "Genomics" module, 40 published genome assemblies were collected, including four B. juncea, 32 B. rapa, and four B. nigra genomes. All genome information is readily accessible and downloadable through the "Genome data" interface. "Gene synteny" function is realized by Mummer4 (Marçais et al., 2018) and users can directly observe the genome alignment locally by GBrowser (McKay et al., 2010) and globally by Dotplot (Buels et al., 2016). In addition, the genome alignments between B. juncea and A. thaliana are performed, and users can query homologous gene clusters and gene structures in the "Gene cluster" and "Gene index" interface by entering gene ID, gene name, or genomic region, respectively. Furthermore, the "Gene family", "TF", and "Pathway" interfaces offer annotations of gene families, TF families, and biological pathways for B. juncea genes.
