Welcome to BjuIR!
BjuIR is a comprehensive multi-omics database for Brassica juncea. In this database, we collected and integrated a large volume of multi-omics datasets and performed comprehensive analyses of the data to enhance convenience and efficiency in candidate genes mining and genomic functional research in Brassica juncea.
