Phenomics

In the "Phenomics" module, we collected 16 traits of 628 accessions, including 16 traits of 151 inbred lines (Harper et al., 2020), one trait of 477 accessions (Kang et al., 2021). These phenotypic data are grouped into 4 types (seed quality traits, flowering time, maturity time, agronomic traits), and users can browse these phenotypic data in this module.
