Users can select one of the three modes to retrieve regulations according to your requirement:

  • "TF(retrieve targets)" for retrieving the downstream targets of inputed TFs.
  • "Target (retrieve TFs)" for retrieving the upstream regulators of inputed genes.
  • "Gene (retrieve regulations among them)" to retrieve the inside regulations among input genes.In the regulation network, red nodes represent TF genes and the arrow points to the target genes.
